Terms and Conditions

Promotion period — 1 November 2025 - 12 December 2025

  • ‍The Offer
     The Knose Pet Insurance Offer (Offer) provides:
    1. $85 cashback for every Eligible Policy purchased through Citro; and

    2. Entry into a draw to win a $200 Petstock gift card (Gift Card Prize). One winner will be selected at random from all Eligible Customers who purchase an Eligible Policy during the Promotion Period.

    Eligible Customer
     To be eligible, a person must:
    • Be aged 18 years or older;

    • Be a Citro Rewards Member (“Citro member”) who purchases an Eligible Policy using the tracked URL specified by Citro or by calling the Knose Pet Insurance call centre on 1300 356 642 and advising the representative that you are a Citro member. If purchasing online, you must use the specified URL for the entire purchasing session;

    • Not have held a Knose Pet Insurance policy with Knose in the 12 months prior to purchasing the policy;

    • Purchase an Eligible Policy by making full payment of the annual policy premium or the first instalment of the annual premium if paying monthly. Regular premium payments are not eligible for the Offer;

    • Provide a valid email address on your insurance policy.

    Issuing of Cashback
    • The $85 cashback will be credited to the Eligible Customer’s Citro Rewards account within 30 days of purchase.

    Gift Card Draw
    • All Eligible Customers who purchase an Eligible Policy during the Promotion Period will automatically be entered into the draw for the $200 gift card.

    • The draw will take place at Citro’s Head Office in Sydney or another location determined by Citro.

    • One winner will be selected at random by a computer-generated program.

    • The winner will be notified via email or phone within 5 business days of the draw and will receive the $200 electronic gift card.

    • The gift card is non-transferable, non-assignable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

    General Conditions

    • Knose.com.au Pty Ltd (ABN 70 680 822 986, AR 1311940) (“Knose”) distributes Knose Pet Insurance under a binding authority from Pacific International Insurance Pty Ltd (ABN 83 169 311 193, AFSL 523921). Knose and The Pet Insurance Company act as agents of Pacific, not your agents.

    • The Offer cannot be assigned, transferred, or combined with any other promotional offer or discount unless stated otherwise.

    • Fees and charges apply to insurance products taken out in connection with this Offer. Refer to https://www.knose.com.au/ for more details.

    • Citro members are responsible for ensuring all payment and policy details are accurate at the time of purchase.

    • All amounts are in AUD. Limit of one cashback per Eligible Policy. Where the policy is held jointly, only one Offer payment will be paid per policy.

    • The Eligible Policy must not be cancelled within any statutory or other cooling-off period or at any time for any reason, otherwise Citro may require you to return the cashback and/or revoke eligibility for the gift card draw.

    • Citro may reject, cancel, or reverse Offer payments or entries if fraudulent or improper conduct is detected.

    • These terms are separate from, and do not form part of, the insurance contract. In case of inconsistency, the insurance product terms prevail.

    • Citro is not responsible for delays or technical errors that may affect processing of cashback or gift card entries.

    • Any disputes arising in connection with this offer will be resolved in accordance with Citro’s dispute resolution policy in section 18 of its Terms and Conditions.

    • Citro reserves the right to withdraw or vary the Offer and these terms at any time without prior notice.

    By participating in this Offer, you agree to these terms and conditions and any other terms that apply to your Citro account, including the Citro Terms and Conditions and Rewards Terms and Conditions.
  • The amount of the Offer is $85. Citro may provide boosted Offer amounts from time to time (Boosted Offer), as shown on the Citro App or Website. Boosted Offer amounts are only payable on Eligible Policies that are purchased during the Boosted Offer period shown on Citro’s App or Website.
  • An Eligible Customer is:
    • A person who is aged 18 years or older;
    • A Citro Rewards Member (“Citro member”) who purchases an Eligible Policy using the tracked URL specified by Citro or by calling the Knose Pet Insurance call centre on 1300 356 642 and advising the representative that you are a Citro member. You must use one of these methods to be eligible for the Offer. If purchasing online, you must ensure you use the specified URL for the entire purchasing session without navigating away from the tracked URL.
    • You will not be eligible if you have held a Knose Pet Insurance policy with Knose in the 12 months prior to purchasing the policy.
    • You purchase an Eligible Policy by making full payment of the annual policy premium or the first instalment of the annual premium if paying by the month.
    • Regular premium payments are not eligible for cashback.
    • You must provide a valid email address on your insurance policy.
  • Issuing of cashback:
    • The Offer cashback will only be paid to an Eligible Customer via their Citro Rewards account.
    • Citro will use all reasonable endeavours to credit the cashback to your Citro Account within 30 days of your purchase of an Eligible Policy.

    8. You agree that you will not engage in any fraudulent activity or improper or dishonest conduct in relation to the cashback offers (including any activity designed to manipulate the cashback offer system), as determined by Citro. Citro may reject, cancel or reverse any payments under this Offer resulting from such conduct.
    9. Citro may reject, cancel or reverse an Offer payment if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a person’s conduct or dealings with respect to an Eligible Policy or any other dealings with Citro may be fraudulent or otherwise illegal.
    10. These terms and conditions are separate from and do not form part of the contract for any insurance products obtained in connection with this Offer. To the extent of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of insurance products, the terms and conditions of the insurance products prevail.
