3. Promotion Period
The Promotion opens at 12:00am AEDT on 1 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 30 November 2026 (Promotion Period). Entries received outside the Promotion Period are invalid.
4. Eligibility
Entry is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry:
• are aged 18 years or over;
• are considered an Australian tax resident; and
• are either an eligible AMP Rewards member or a Citro member.
AMP Rewards is available only to eligible AMP customers. A Citro member means a person who is subscribed to Citro's e-newsletter at the time the entry is validated.
Directors, officers, employees and contractors of the Promoter, and of agencies directly involved in conducting the random draw, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
5. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant must:
• visit joincitro.com.au/tellusyourstory;
• provide the information requested on the entry form;
• identify a genuine golf club, golf course or other genuine golf location in regional Australia as their favourite Australian golf location. For the purposes of this Promotion, “regional Australia” means an area classified by the Australian Bureau of Statistics as Inner Regional, Outer Regional, Remote or Very Remote Australia; and
• provide a clear explanation of why that location is their favourite.
Entry is free. Standard internet or data charges imposed by an entrant's service provider may apply. Limit of one entry per person.
The entry form will state that winners will be notified directly and that results will be published at joincitro.com.au/tellusyourstory on 18 December 2026, with full Terms and Conditions available at the same website.
6. Validation of Entries
All entries will be reviewed by the Promoter before judging and the random draw. To be considered a valid entry, an entry must satisfy the eligibility requirements in clause 4 and contain a valid submission identifying a genuine golf club, golf course or other genuine golf location located in regional Australia, together with a clear reason for the entrant’s selection.
The Promoter may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, automated, submitted using false or misleading information, does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, or is otherwise reasonably considered by the Promoter to be invalid.
All valid entries will be eligible for the Grand Prize judging and the random draw, subject to the winner selection process set out in clause 7.
7. Winner Determination
There are 55 prizes to be won. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded based on merit in accordance with clause 7.1. The remaining 54 prizes will be awarded by random draw in accordance with clauses 7.2 and 7.3.
7.1 Grand Prize – Judging
The Grand Prize will be awarded to the best valid entry, as determined by Citro, based on creativity, originality and relevance to the Competition question. Valid entries will be judged by Citro on their merit.
Judging will take place at the Promoter’s Head Office, Level 24, 50 Bridge Street, Sydney NSW 2000, by 5:00pm (AEDT) on 14 December 2026.
The Promoter may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to assist in judging and selecting the Grand Prize winner. By entering, entrants acknowledge and agree that AI may be used as part of the Grand Prize winner selection process.
Citro’s selection of the Grand Prize winner is final, subject to any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded by law.
7.2 Remaining Prizes – Random Draw
Following selection of the Grand Prize winner, the remaining 54 prizes will be awarded by random draw from all remaining valid entries.
The random draw will take place at the Promoter’s Head Office, Level 24, 50 Bridge Street, Sydney NSW 2000, by 5:00pm (AEDT) on 14 December 2026.
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries remaining in the draw using a fair electronic random-selection process. Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools may be used to facilitate the random-selection process. No assessment of the content, creativity, originality or merit of an entry will be undertaken in selecting winners under this clause.
Each entrant may win a maximum of one prize. The Grand Prize winner will be removed from the pool before the random draw. Once an entrant is drawn as a winner, that entrant will be removed from the pool for all subsequent prize draws
7.3 Draw Order and Equal Chance
To ensure that every eligible entry remaining in the draw has an opportunity to win the highest-value prize still available, the 54 random-draw prizes will be drawn in descending order of individual prize value. Accordingly, the TaylorMade Qi35 Men's Package will be drawn first, followed by the Australian Open Golf Ticket prizes, the TaylorMade Kalea Gold Ladies Package, and then the Golf Clearance Outlet Vouchers. Prizes of the same value may be drawn in any order. Each valid entry remaining in the draw at the time a prize is drawn will have an equal chance of being selected for that prize. A previously selected winner will not be eligible to win another prize.
8. Prizes
There are 55 prizes with a total national RRP of $28,698 (AUD). The individual prizes, quantities and RRPs are set out in Schedule 1.
Prize values are correct at the time of publication and are based on the supplier's recommended retail or market value. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless expressly stated or required by law.
If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may, subject to any required regulatory approval, substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
9. Winner Verification, Notification and Publication
A provisional winner is subject to verification of eligibility and entry validity before being confirmed as a winner. The Promoter may request reasonable proof of age, Australian tax residency, and AMP Rewards or Citro membership.
Confirmed winners will be contacted in writing using the details provided with their entry as soon as reasonably practicable after the draw and no later than 18 December 2026.
On 18 December 2026, the Promoter will publish the results at joincitro.com.au/tellusyourstory. The publication will include the details required by applicable law and permit conditions and will remain available for at least 28 days where required.
Results will also be made available to entrants on request in accordance with applicable law and permit conditions.
10. Claiming Prizes and Unclaimed Prizes
A winner must respond to the Promoter and provide any requested verification information by 14 March 2027 to claim their prize.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact each winner. If a prize remains unclaimed as at 14 March 2027, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw in accordance with applicable law and any permit conditions.
10.1 Proposed unclaimed prize draw:
The unclaimed prize draw will take place at 5:00pm (AEDT) on Monday, 15 March 2027 at the Promoter’s Head Office, Level 24, 50 Bridge Street, Sydney NSW 2000. Any prize awarded in the unclaimed prize draw will be drawn in descending order of value where more than one differently valued prize remains unclaimed.
Any winner selected in the unclaimed prize draw will be contacted in writing and published in the same manner required for the original draw. A winner selected in the unclaimed prize draw must claim their prize by 29 March 2027.
11. Golf Simulator Opportunity and February 2027 Hole-in-One Competition
In addition to eligibility for the prizes in Schedule 1, each valid entrant will receive an opportunity to participate in golf simulator games associated with the campaign, subject to availability, scheduling, venue requirements and any applicable participation rules.
Participation in, or performance during, the golf simulator games does not affect an entrant's eligibility for or chance of winning any of the 55 prizes under this Promotion.
The top 30 golf simulator performers, determined by simulator performance in accordance with the applicable simulator rules, will qualify to participate in a separate hole-in-one competition planned for February 2027. Qualifying participants will have the opportunity to win an Apollo Motorhome.
The February 2027 hole-in-one competition is a separate competition and will be governed by separate terms and conditions setting out, among other things, its eligibility criteria, performance and winner-determination mechanics, the full description and value of the Apollo Motorhome prize, event date and location, and any applicable claim conditions. The Promoter will obtain any regulatory approval required for that competition before it is conducted.
The Promoter will disclose this additional simulator and hole-in-one opportunity to relevant regulators in connection with this Promotion where required. Details of the February 2027 competition will be provided to qualifying participants before that competition takes place.
12. Privacy
The Promoter will collect and use entrants' personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion, validating eligibility, conducting the draw, contacting winners, publishing winner information where required by law, fulfilling prizes and meeting regulatory obligations.
The Promoter may disclose personal information to prize suppliers, service providers, regulators and other parties where reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Promoter's applicable privacy policy. Entrants may contact the Promoter using the details in clause 1 regarding access to or correction of their personal information.
13. General Conditions
The Promoter's decisions in relation to entry validation and administration of the Promotion are final, subject to applicable law and the decisions of any relevant regulator.
If the Promotion cannot be conducted as planned for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, including technical failure, fraud, tampering, war, terrorism, natural disaster or other event that materially affects the integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter may modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Promotion, subject to any approval required by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and abbreviated advertising material, these Terms prevail to the extent permitted by law.

• NSW Authority No.: TP/05298
• SA Major Trade Promotion Licence No.: tbc
• ACT Trade Promotion Lottery Permit No.: TP 26/01942
