Hole-in-One Event Competition
Terms and Conditions of Entry
1 December 2026 to 28 February 2027
. Promoter and acceptance
1.1 The promoter is Citrus Innovations Pty Ltd ABN 25 667 285 654 of Level 24, 50 Bridge Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (Promoter).
1.2 These terms and conditions govern the Citro Hole-in-One Competition (Competition), including the entry process, golf-simulator qualification activity and the live Hole-in-One Event.
1.3 By submitting an entry, participating in the simulator qualification activity, accepting Event qualification, attending the Event, accepting or using a transferred Special Guest Pass, or otherwise participating in the Competition, a participant agrees to these terms and conditions, the Promoter’s Privacy Policy at https://www.joincitro.com.au/privacy-policy, and all reasonable directions of the Promoter, Golf Clearance Outlet staff, Event officials and the Event venue.
1.4 The Competition forms part of the Promoter’s wider A Golf Club Somewhere promotion (AGCS Promotion). To be eligible to participate in the Competition, an entrant must first validly participate in the AGCS Promotion by submitting a nomination entry during the applicable entry period in accordance with the AGCS Promotion terms and conditions. Submission of a valid nomination entry does not guarantee that an entrant will qualify for the Event or win a Prize in the Competition.
2. Key dates and locations
2.1 The entry period starts at 12:00 am AEDT on 1 October 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm AEDT on 30 November 2026 (Entry Period).
2.2 The simulator qualification period starts when participating stores open on 1 December 2026 and ends when each participating store closes on 30 December 2026 (Simulator Period). Simulator attempts completed after the applicable store closing time on 30 December 2026 are invalid. Public-holiday and other amended trading hours may apply.
2.3 The live Hole-in-One Event (Event) is intended to be held in February 2027 at the winning golf course determined by the AGCS Competition. The Promoter will determine the exact Event date, nominated hole, tee position and check-in time once the winning golf course has been confirmed. These details, including the full venue address, will be communicated in writing to all qualified participants prior to the Event.
2.4 The Promoter may change the Event date, time, venue, nominated hole, tee position or format where reasonably necessary because of weather, venue availability, safety, legal compliance, course conditions or circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
3.2 To be eligible to enter and complete the simulator qualification activity, an entrant must have submitted a valid entry in the A Golf Club Somewhere Competition in accordance with the A Golf Club Somewhere Competition Terms and Conditions.
3.3 To be eligible to enter and complete the simulator qualification activity, an entrant must be either:
(a) an AMP Rewards member, being a member who is eligible for and registered in the AMP Rewards program as a current AMP customer; or
(b) a Citro Member, being a person subscribed to the Citro newsletter.
3.4 A person may participate using one eligible account only: either one AMP Rewards account or one Citro account, but not both. A person must not create, use or access multiple accounts; use another person’s account; permit another person to use their account; or submit entries, obtain tokens or complete simulator attempts through more than one account.
3.5 A participant must not attempt to enter or participate using both a Citro account and an AMP Rewards account. If a participant breaches this requirement, any subsequent simulator attempts or entries linked to that participant will be void, and the Promoter will only accept and record the simulator result completed first.
3.6 The Promoter may void duplicate or linked accounts, entries, tokens, swings or scores and may disqualify a participant who breaches these terms.
3.7 Directors, officers, employees and contractors of the Promoter, Golf Clearance Outlet, the Event venue, associated agencies and prize suppliers, and their immediate family members, are ineligible to enter and qualify through the public-entry pathway. This clause does not prevent the Promoter from inviting Special Guests in accordance with clause 10.
3.8 The Promoter may require proof of identity, age, Australian residency, membership/subscription, account ownership and other eligibility criteria. A participant who does not provide requested evidence within the period specified by the Promoter may be disqualified.
3.9 The Promoter may disqualify or reject any entry or participant that it reasonably considers duplicate, incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, false, automated, generated by bot, offensive, defamatory, unlawful, unfair to the competition, submitted by a third party without authority, manipulated or otherwise not compliant with these terms.
4. How to enter and receive simulator access
4.1 During the Entry Period, an eligible entrant must submit an answer to the following question through the AMP Rewards App, Citro App or the campaign website at http://www.joincitro.com.au/tellusyourstory/:
“Tell us about your favourite regional golf club in Australia.”
4.2 Entrants who submit through the campaign website must at least subscribe to the Citro newsletter. They will receive an automated email explaining how to download, register for and sign in to either the AMP Rewards App or Citro App to access their simulator token.
4.3 A campaign-website submission by itself does not provide access to the simulator qualification activity. To receive and use the simulator token, the entrant must successfully download, register for and sign in to the AMP Rewards App or Citro App using the relevant eligible account.
4.4 Entrants are responsible for providing accurate contact details, monitoring inboxes and spam/junk folders, maintaining access to their email and app account, downloading a compatible app and completing required account registration. If an entrant does not receive the automated email or cannot access their token, they must contact support@joincitro.com.au before the end of the Simulator Period.
4.5 The Promoter is not responsible for delayed, misdirected, lost, filtered, blocked or undelivered emails; device incompatibility; app-store, internet, telecommunications or third-party-platform failures; or a participant’s failure to check email folders, complete registration or contact customer support in sufficient time.
4.6 A valid entrant who completes the required campaign submission and has an eligible app account will receive one simulator token. Each simulator token provides three simulator swings.
4.7 A participant may earn a maximum of two additional simulator swings, being one additional swing for each one-time mini-game and social-sharing activity offered in the app or as part of the simulator journey. A participant may therefore receive and use a maximum of five simulator swings in total.
4.8 Any additional simulator swing is not a token, has no cash value, is non-transferable and may only be used in accordance with these terms and the app instructions.
4.9 Social sharing is optional. To receive an additional swing for a social-sharing activity, the participant must show the relevant shared post on their social-media account to a Golf Clearance Outlet staff member in accordance with the app or staff instructions. If the participant does not show the post, the post is unavailable, inaccessible or cannot be verified by staff, the participant is not eligible for that additional swing. Each social-sharing opportunity may be used once only.
4.10 An entrant must not submit content that is illegal, offensive, hateful, discriminatory, obscene, defamatory, misleading, infringing, harmful, threatening or otherwise inappropriate, or that violates a third party’s rights. The Promoter may remove, reject or disqualify an entry containing such content.
5. Participating stores
5.1 The simulator qualification activity may only be completed at the participating Golf Clearance Outlet stores listed in Schedule 1.
5.2 Store trading hours, simulator availability and queue times may vary. Public-holiday hours may apply. Entrants are responsible for checking the current trading hours of their preferred store and arriving with enough time to complete their available swings before the store closes.
5.3 Participation is walk-in and first-come, first-served only. No booking is required or guaranteed. Store capacity, queue length and operational requirements may affect whether an entrant can participate on a particular day.
5.4 If a store closes, has changed trading hours, suffers a power outage or experiences a simulator fault, an entrant may return at another time or attend another participating store during the Simulator Period. Entrants are encouraged to contact the relevant store before travelling.
5.5 The Promoter is not responsible if an entrant cannot participate because of store capacity, queue length, temporary or permanent store closure, changed trading hours, simulator fault, personal device/account issues or circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
6. Simulator qualification activity
6.1 To participate in the simulator qualification activity, an eligible entrant must attend a participating Golf Clearance Outlet during the Simulator Period, show their active token in the applicable app and present the QR code for scanning by store staff. Entrants consent to their personal information being shared with Golf Clearance Outlet for the purposes of administering the competition and to be contacted about Golf Clearance Outlet products and services.
6.2 Store staff will validate the entrant’s account, token and available simulator swings before participation.
6.3 The Promoter will pre-determine and configure the simulator course, hole, tee position, pin location, weather, wind, green condition, elevation, gameplay mode and other settings before the entrant’s attempt. All participants will undertake the Black Rock Course Gold Tee simulator configured settings. The same simulator settings will apply at all participating stores. Participants must follow staff instructions and must not alter, request alteration of or interfere with simulator settings.6.4 Practice swings are not permitted.
6.5 Each participant’s simulator score is their closest valid single shot from their available simulator swings.
6.6 A valid shot is a shot that comes to rest on the green. A ball that first lands off the green but rolls onto and comes to rest on the green is a valid shot.
6.7 A ball that rolls across the green but comes to rest off the green is not a valid shot. A ball that does not come to rest on the green will not be ranked.
6.8 For a valid shot, the score is the shortest distance, measured in feet and inches, between the nearest edge of the ball in its final resting position and the centre of the hole, as measured and recorded by the simulator system. The lowest recorded distance ranks highest.
6.9 If two or more entrants have the same recorded result, their simulator ranking will be determined by the timestamp at which the tied valid result was first recorded in the Promoter’s system. The entrant whose result was first recorded will rank higher.
6.10 Store staff will record the participant’s score. The participant must review the displayed score before staff submit it. Once submitted and confirmed as saved, the score is final unless the Promoter determines there is a clear system, calibration, recording or administrative error.
6.11 A participant must raise any score query before leaving the participating store. The store manager is the initial escalation contact. The Promoter may consider available simulator, app and portal records, and the decision of the store manager or nominated Promoter representative is final, subject to manifest error.
6.12 The Promoter will retain available token, score, timestamp and portal records for three months after completion of the Competition, or longer where reasonably required to administer a prize claim, complaint, dispute, legal obligation or regulatory requirement.
6.13 If a technical fault, power outage, network error, score-recording fault or simulator calibration issue occurs before or during a swing, store staff may, acting reasonably:
(a) restart the affected swing; or
(b) provide a replacement swing.
6.14 The participant consents to the Promoter displaying a competition leaderboard on Citro and AMP Rewards app showing a participant’s first name, surname initial, score and ranking. The participant may contact support@joincitro.com.au if he or she does not wish this to occur.
7. Qualification and finalist attendance
7.1 At the end of the Simulator Period, entrants will be ranked on a single simulator leaderboard. Subject to verification of eligibility, the 15 highest-ranked eligible male entrants and 15 highest-ranked eligible female entrants will be selected as provisional finalists (UGC Finalists).
7.2 Gender information provided by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of determining the 15 highest-ranked eligible male entrants and 15 highest-ranked eligible female entrants. Where an entrant does not identify either as male or female, does not wish to identify with their birth sex and has otherwise submitted a valid entry, that entrant shall be randomly assigned by the Promoter’s system to either male or female logic rules, solely for the purpose of being allocated one of the top 30 ranked positions to qualify for the Event, should that person obtain a top-30 score in their simulator attempt. Such system designation will not be displayed in any public forum. Citro’s randomised system allocation is final and binding for the purposes of determining the highest ranked 30 players and those who will qualify for the Hole in One Event.
7.3 Where an entrant contacted under clause 7.2 does not provide the information reasonably required by the Promoter within the timeframe specified by the Promoter, the Promoter may be unable to confirm that entrant as a UGC Finalist and may proceed to the next highest-ranked eligible entrant of the relevant gender (or deemed system gender in accordance with clause 7.2 above). Where there are not 15 male or female (whether selected or deemed) qualifying simulator attempts, the next top-ranked individuals from the other gender (whether specified by entrant or deemed in accordance with clause 7.2) will be selected to fill the top 30 finalists. If 30 finalists are not selected by the due date, Citro reserves the right to extend the qualifying period for a reasonable timeframe.
7.4 The Promoter will notify provisional UGC Finalists by email and telephone by 11 January 2027. Each provisional UGC Finalist must RSVP and satisfy the requirements notified by the Promoter by 5:00pm AEDT on 18 January 2027.
7.5 A provisional UGC Finalist who does not RSVP by the deadline, declines, is ineligible, elects not to attend, is unable to attend, fails to provide required information, is late to the Event or otherwise cannot participate forfeits their place.
7.6 If a UGC Finalist’s place is forfeited before 5:00pm AEDT, five (5) calendar days before the Event, the Promoter or its Customer Support team may contact the next highest-ranked eligible entrant of the same gender on the simulator leaderboard. The Promoter or its Customer Support team may continue contacting replacement candidates in ranking order until the place is filled or the replacement cut-off is reached. After that time, a vacant place may remain unfilled.
7.7 If a UGC Finalist gives the Promoter at least five days’ notice before the Event that they cannot attend, the Promoter may offer the place to the next highest-ranked eligible entrant of the same gender under clause 7.6. No replacement will be added at the Event for UGC Finalist who fails to attend, arrives late or withdraws after the replacement cut-off.
7.8 Qualification as a UGC Finalist and the right to participate in the Hole-in-One Event are personal and non-transferable. A UGC Finalist must personally attend and participate in the Event and may not sell, gift, assign, exchange or otherwise transfer their finalist position or Event invitation to another person.
7.9 Each UGC Finalist may invite up to two guests to attend the Event as spectators only. Each guest must be at least 12 years old and must comply with the venue rules, safety directions and filming conditions. Guests are not participants and are not eligible for an Event attempt, any prize or the raffle.
8. Live Hole-in-One Event
8.1 The Event will be held at the country golf club selected by public vote through the campaign entry process, subject to clause 2.3.
8.2 The 30 UGC Finalists will participate in the Hole-in-One Event before any Special Guest participant.
8.3 Each Event participant is entitled to one attempt at the nominated hole, unless the Event moves to the indoor simulator format under clause 8.12.
8.4 The order in which Event participants take their attempt will be determined by each participant drawing a number at Event check-in. The draw determines player order only and does not determine eligibility for a prize.
8.5 The Event will continue until all Event participants who are present, eligible and permitted to participate have received their one attempt, even if one or more participants scores a hole-in-one earlier in the Event.
8.6 The Promoter will supply or approve the golf balls used for Event attempts. A participant may use their own golf clubs provided they are safe, serviceable, compliant with venue rules and approved by the Event official. The Promoter or venue may require a participant to use supplied or hired equipment if their personal equipment is unsafe, damaged, non-compliant or likely to create a safety risk.
8.7 Participants must comply with all reasonable safety, conduct and golf-club directions. The Promoter may disqualify or remove a participant who is absent, late, intoxicated, under the influence of illicit drugs, unsafe, abusive, disruptive, medically unfit, fails to follow directions, cannot access suitable equipment or otherwise jeopardises Event safety, integrity or orderly conduct.
8.8 A qualified golf professional, course official or independent adjudicator nominated by the Promoter will oversee the Event and determine whether a participant has achieved a hole-in-one. The adjudicator’s decision is final, subject to manifest error.
8.9 If weather, lightning, bushfire, venue closure, course conditions, public-health directions, safety concerns, force majeure or another event outside the Promoter’s reasonable control means the outdoor Hole-in-One Event cannot proceed safely, the Promoter may move the Event indoors to a simulator setup.
8.10 If the Event moves indoors under clause 8.9, each Event participant will receive one attempt using the simulator configuration and method determined by the Promoter and Event official. The Promoter and Event official will determine whether the simulated shot is a hole-in-one and their decision is final, subject to manifest error.
8.11 If an indoor simulator format is used, the player order and prize-selection priority rules in clause 9 continue to apply.
8.12 The Promoter may postpone, reschedule, relocate, modify or cancel the Event if reasonably necessary because of weather, safety, venue requirements, legal compliance or circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
9. Prizes, winner determination and raffle
9.1 There are four prizes available at the Event:
(a) one new BYD Sealion 7 Performance motor vehicle valued at $63,990 including GST;
(b) one Explora R1 Electric Golf Buggy valued at $1,699 RRP;
(c) one TaylorMade Qi35 Package golf club set valued at $4,050 RRP; and
(d) one TaylorMade Kalea Gold Ladies Package golf club set valued at $3,199 RRP.
9.2 The BYD Sealion 7 Performance prize is a new vehicle. It excludes stamp duty, registration fees, compulsory third-party insurance, on-road costs, dealer delivery charges, comprehensive motor-vehicle insurance, optional accessories, fuel, personal expenses and all costs not expressly stated as included.
9.3 The electric buggy and golf-club-set prizes include and exclude the items stated in their final published prize descriptions. All prizes are subject to availability. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.
9.4 A participant who achieves a verified hole-in-one during their permitted Event attempt is a Hole-in-One Winner, subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these terms.
9.5 If exactly one participant achieves a verified hole-in-one, that participant may select one available prize from the three prizes listed in clause 9.1.
9.6 If two or more participants achieve a verified hole-in-one, the participant who first achieves a verified hole-in-one will have first choice of the available prizes. The second participant to achieve a verified hole-in-one will have second choice of the remaining available prizes, and the third participant to achieve a verified hole-in-one will have third choice of the remaining available prize. The timing and order of each verified hole-in-one will be determined and recorded by the Event official, whose decision is final, subject to manifest error.
9.7 If more than three participants achieve a verified hole-in-one, only the first three participants to achieve a verified hole-in-one are entitled to select a prize under clause 9.6. No further prize, compensation or substitute is payable to additional Hole-in-One Winners.
9.8 If no participant achieves a verified hole-in-one, no prize will be awarded and there will be no re-take, playoff, closest-to-the-pin competition, alternative winner-selection process or cash alternative.9.9 After all Hole-in-One Winners have selected their prize under clauses 9.5 to 9.7, or there is no Hole-In-One Winner, any prize remaining unselected (excluding the BYD Sealion) will be awarded by a random raffle among all Event participants who validly attended and completed their permitted Hole-in-One attempt, excluding any participant who has already selected a prize, any absent or disqualified participant, and all spectators/guests. The raffle will be conducted at the venue where the Hole-in-One Event is held, on the same day, after all permitted Hole-in-One attempts and any prize selections under clauses 9.5 to 9.7 have been completed. All eligible participants’ names will be automatically included in the draw, with no further registration required. Winners will be selected at random from that list using Excel’s RANDBETWEEN function. A separate draw will be conducted for each remaining prize, with each winner removed from the eligible participant list before the next draw.
9.10 The Promoter will conduct the raffle in the order required to allocate each remaining prize. The first valid raffle winner drawn selects one remaining prize; subsequent raffle winners select from the prizes still available in the order in which they are drawn. A raffle winner who does not respond or is not eligible may forfeit the prize, and the Promoter may draw a replacement raffle winner.
9.11 Any raffle is separate from the Hole-in-One skill component of the Event. The Promoter will obtain any regulatory approvals, authorities, permits or notifications required for the raffle before conducting it.
9.12 The winner of the BYD Sealion 7 Performance must hold a current Australian driver licence, complete all required prize-transfer documentation and provide satisfactory proof of identity before the vehicle is released. Vehicle collection will occur at the winner’s nearest BYD dealership, or another location notified by the Promoter, on or by 6 months from the Hole-In-One Event taking place unless there are circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
9.13 The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where expressly stated in these terms. The winner of the vehicle is responsible for obtaining and maintaining comprehensive motor-vehicle insurance from the time ownership, possession or risk in the vehicle passes to the winner.
9.14 If a winner does not complete required documentation, cannot meet the eligibility requirements, does not make a valid prize selection, or does not collect or accept their prize by 31 May 2027 at 5:00 pm AEST, the winner forfeits the prize. The Promoter may deal with a forfeited prize in accordance with applicable law and any applicable regulatory approval.
10. Special Guests and charity donation
10.1 The Promoter may invite up to 20 special guests (Special Guests) to participate in the Event. The Special Guests include the five nearest-to-pin participants from the AMP Golf Day. The AMP Golf Day activities themselves are not governed by these terms.
10.2 Special Guests participate in the Hole-in-One Event after the 30 UGC Finalists have completed their Event attempts.
10.3 A Special Guest may transfer their Special Guest Event pass to another person before the Event. A transferee must be approved by the Promoter, be at least 18 years old, comply with these terms and the venue and filming conditions, and attend the Event. A transferee is treated as a Special Guest for all purposes under these terms.
10.4 A Special Guest or approved transferee who does not attend or does not nominate an approved transferee forfeits their Special Guest pass. The Promoter is not required to appoint a replacement.
10.5 A Special Guest or approved transferee may be a Hole-in-One Winner and may be selected in the raffle under clause 9.9, subject to these terms. However, a prize won by a Special Guest or approved transferee must be donated to one of the four charities listed in Schedule 2. The Special Guest or approved transferee cannot retain, receive, transfer, exchange for cash, direct to another recipient or otherwise personally benefit from the prize. For the avoidance of doubt, the BYD Sealion will not be included in any raffle in the event no Event participant achieves a Hole-In-One Event.
10.6 A Special Guest or approved transferee who wins a prize must nominate one charity from Schedule 2 in writing within 30 business days after being notified by the Promoter. The nominated charity must agree to accept the prize and complete any reasonably required documents within the period nominated by the Promoter.
10.7 If a Special Guest or transferee does not nominate a charity by the deadline, the nominated charity does not accept the prize, cannot lawfully accept it, fails to respond or cannot complete the transfer, the Promoter may select one of the remaining charities in Schedule 2 to receive the prize.
10.8 The Promoter will arrange the transfer of the prize directly to the selected charity. The selected charity must satisfy all legal, registration, insurance and transfer requirements relevant to the prize. For a vehicle prize, the selected charity is responsible for comprehensive insurance, fuel, maintenance, operation and other ongoing costs from the time ownership, possession or risk in the vehicle passes to it, unless the Promoter confirms otherwise in writing.
10.9 The donation of any Special Guest prize to a charity is a condition of Special Guest participation and does not reduce, replace or affect any prize available to a UGC Finalist or other eligible Event participant.
11. Event costs, guests and attendance
11.1 No food, beverages, accommodation, transport, parking, golf equipment, personal accident insurance, travel insurance or other attendee costs are included by the Promoter unless the Promoter confirms otherwise in writing.
11.2 Event participants and their guests are responsible for their own accommodation, transport, parking, food, drinks, personal expenses, golf equipment other than any equipment supplied or hired by the venue, and any optional personal accident or travel insurance.
11.3 Guests of UGC Finalists are spectators only and must be at least 12 years old. Guests must comply with venue rules, safety requirements and filming conditions. A guest who does not comply may be refused entry or removed from the Event.
12. Filming, publicity, risk and waiver
12.1 By entering through the campaign website or otherwise submitting an entry, a participant acknowledges and agrees that the Promoter, Channel 9 and campaign producers, sponsors and partners may photograph, film and record the participant in connection with the Competition and Event and may use the participant’s name, image, voice, likeness, entry and recorded material worldwide, in all media now known or later developed, including television, social media, paid advertising, promotional material and future marketing, without further payment, except where prohibited by law. By entering the Competition, participants acknowledge and agree that Channel 9 filming and recording is a condition of participation in the Hole-in-One Event. Participants cannot opt out of Channel 9 filming and recording while continuing to participate in the Event. A participant who declines to be filmed or recorded must withdraw from the Event and will forfeit their opportunity to compete for prizes awarded at the Event.
12.2 Event participants and guests must comply with venue filming conditions. The Promoter may require a participant or guest to sign further documentation reasonably required by the venue, broadcaster, production company or Promoter to give effect to filming, safety or Event arrangements.
12.3 Participation in golf and the Event involves inherent risks, including being struck by a golf ball or club, slips, trips, uneven terrain, weather, heat, physical exertion, golf-cart risks and acts or omissions of other participants.
12.4 Each Event participant must complete the Promoter’s Event Waiver and Risk Acknowledgement and comply with any golf-club waiver or venue condition required before participating. A participant who fails to complete a required waiver, acknowledgement or venue condition may be refused participation and may forfeit their place.
13. Privacy
13.1 The Promoter collects personal information including name, contact details, Australian-residency information, AMP Rewards or Citro account details, entry response, simulator participation and score, nominated competition category, leaderboard status and Event documentation to administer the Competition; verify eligibility; operate category-based leaderboards; notify and verify finalists and winners; conduct the Event; provide or arrange transfer of prizes; facilitate charity donations for Special Guest prizes; and otherwise as described in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and collection notice.
13.2 The Promoter may disclose relevant personal information to AMP Rewards, Golf Clearance Outlet, the Event venue, Event officials, prize suppliers, Channel 9, campaign sponsors, service providers, selected charities and regulatory authorities where reasonably necessary to administer the Competition, Event, prize transfers, charity donations or filming arrangements, and also for marketing purposes and as otherwise described in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
13.3 If a participant does not provide requested information, the Promoter may be unable to process an entry, issue a simulator token, rank the participant, contact the participant, administer category-based qualification, permit attendance at the Event, provide a prize or arrange a charity donation.
14. General
14.1 The Promoter may verify entries and disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, app, simulator, systems, score records, raffle, Event or operation of the Competition, or who acts contrary to these terms.
14.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the Competition, Event, raffle or prize, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
14.3 The Promoter’s decisions regarding the Competition, simulator, Event, prize selection, raffle, charity donation and participant eligibility are final and binding, subject to applicable law.
14.4 The Competition is governed by the laws of Australia and the State or Territory in which the Event is held.
14.5 The Promoter may amend these terms where reasonably necessary to address errors, safety, legal compliance, operational issues or circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control. Any material amendment will be published at https://pages.joincitro.com.au/hole-in-one and https://pages.amprewards.com.au/hole-in-one
Schedule 1 — Participating Golf Clearance Outlet Stores
(a) one new BYD Sealion 7 Performance motor vehicle valued at $63,990 including GST;
(b) one Explora R1 Electric Golf Buggy valued at $1,699 RRP;
