Terms and Conditions

Citrus Innovations Pty Ltd (ABN 25 667 285 654) of Level 24, 50 Bridge Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (Citro) is the Promoter of this Competition.
The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on Tuesday, 14 April 2026 and ends at 11:59pm on Sunday, 03 May 2026 (the Promotion Period).
By submitting an entry, entrants accept these terms and conditions.
Eligibility
To enter, entrants must submit a response in 200 characters or less answering: "What has she sacrificed for you that makes her most deserving of a 2-night stay?" and provide their email address and any other requested details during the Promotion Period (Competition Survey). Entry is only open to Australian residents over the age of 18. The Promoter may deem entries and Competition Surveys invalid if they do not provide substantive responses, do not comply with these terms and conditions, and/or are submitted in an attempt to manipulate the competition or gain unfair advantage. The Promoter’s decisions as to eligibility are final. Limit of one Competition Survey per person and email address. Entrants must be either a member of the Citro community or a member of AMP Rewards (where eligibility criteria for AMP Rewards is met).
Prize
- There will be one (1) competition winner awarded a getaway for two. The prize includes a 2-night stay voucher, valid for use at over 90+ hotels across both the Nightcap and Nightelier brands, courtesy of ALH Group Pty Ltd.
Subject to availability, blackout dates and minimum length of stay restrictions may be enforced. Voucher is not valid over special event dates. Voucher is valid for a maximum of 2 people. Voucher can only be used once and is only valid for when booking via the email specified. Credit card details are required upon booking to confirm the reservation. No-shows will forfeit the voucher.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
The voucher needs to be redeemed by 30 April 2027.
Selection of winner
Entries close at the end of the Promotion Period. The best valid entry/ies, as determined by Citro, will be judged based on creativity, originality, and relevance to the Competition question. Entries will be judged by Citro based on merit. Judging will take place at the Promoter’s Head Office, Level 24, 50 Bridge Street, Sydney NSW 2000 at 12 PM AEST on Tuesday, 4 May 2026. Citro’s selection of winner is final. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification from the winner of their age, identity, residential address, Australian residency, and any other information relevant to the administration of the Competition in order to administer the prize, to which entrants consent by submitting an entry.
The Promoter will take reasonable steps to notify the winners directly by email within 14 days of the end of the Promotion Period. If we are not reasonably satisfied that the winner has been notified and will accept the prize, or if we are not satisfied of the winner’s identity, the Promoter may conduct a redraw of the prize winner after 14 days of notifying the initial winner. Citro will notify the new winner in accordance with these terms.
The names of the Winners will be announced on the Promoter's website within 21 days of the Promotion Period ending.
If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition is affected for any reason, the Promoter may at its sole discretion, subject to any licensing authority approval, cancel, terminate, change or suspend the Competition with no recourse against the Promoter and its partners.
Collection of personal information and publication
As part of Competition eligibility and identity verification you will be required to submit information, media (including images and videos), and personal information to Citro. By submitting your entries and completing the Competition Survey, you agree that Citro will handle this information in line with Citro’s Privacy Policy. Citro may use any information or media submitted for the purpose of this Competition and also for marketing purposes. You agree that your personal information may also be shared with our prize partners and used to register you in Citro’s community (by email address), or for AMP Rewards (provided you satisfy the eligibility criteria of that program), membership of either program being a condition of entering the Competition.
Entrants consent to the Promoter and Prize Supplier using their name, suburb and Competition Survey entry details, as well as any likeness, image and/or voice (if this has been provided as part of the Competition Survey) in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media, including an email to all participants of the promotion or on the Promoter or Prize supplier’s website, for up to 5 years without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and in promoting any products or services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter or Prize Supplier. Successful entrants may be contacted to provide further details or media for any promotion of the successful prize winners.
Competition fairness
Citro reserves the right to deem ineligible any entry that is made as a result of unfair, unlawful, improper or deceptive conduct, or conduct that is designed to manipulate the competition, or where Citro is not reasonably satisfied of the entrant’s identity. You may be required to return any competition prize as a result of any improper conduct.
Competition endorsement
Citro promotes this Competition independently and is not responsible for nor endorses any content that may appear on Prize partner’s websites or public channels.
This Competion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform including Facebook. Entrants provide information to the Promoter and/or Prize Suppliers and not to any social media platform.
