Offer Period: January 1, 2024 – April 30, 2025

  1. Eligibility: Offer of 100% cashback on your first Citro Card payment at Tangerine is valid for new customers who sign up any Tangerine mobile, NBN, and/or voice plan between 1 January 2024 and 30 April 2025. Cashback provided to the value of your first eligible transaction, capped at $100 per customer. New customers only. Subsequent transactions are not eligible for cashback.
  2. Cashback Provider: The cashback offer is brought to you by Citro. Citro is responsible for crediting the cashback to your Citro card in accordance with the CITRO CASHBACK TERMS AND CONDITIONS‍
  3. Service Provider: Sign up for a mobile, NBN and/or voice plan at www.tangerinetelecom.com.au. Following sign up, Tangerine will be your service provider. All Tangerine services are subject to TANGERINE'S STANDARD TERMS AND POLICIES which can also be found on the Policies page of the Tangerine website.‍
  4. Payment Method: To qualify for this offer, a payment to Tangerine must be made during the offer period using a Citro Card.
  5. Limitation on Claims: This offer is limited to one claim per customer on the first eligible transaction with Tangerine during the offer period.‍
  6. Cashback Cap: Citro will award cashback equal to the value of your first eligible Citro Card payment to Tangerine during the offer period, up to a maximum cap of $100 per customer.
  7. Concurrent Offers: This offer may be used in conjunction with other promotions available on the Tangerine website, subject to eligibility.
  8. Non-transferability: The offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be exchanged, and cannot be redeemed for cash.‍
  9. Cashback Payment: Cashback will be credited to your Citro card within 7 days of the successful purchase of Tangerine's services.‍
  10. Termination or Modification of Offer: Citro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.‍
  11. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising in connection with this offer will be resolved in accordance with Citro’s dispute resolution policy.‍
