How does Cashback Commitment work?

Simply make one (or more!) purchase(s) on any of the Citro offers using your linked payment card or Citro Card, considering the offer criteria as outlined on the Citro App or website. If you do not receive your cashback within 30 days of completing your purchase (remember, for travel and accommodation providers this means completing your stay), please email us on support@joincitro.com.au or call us on 1300 869 596 telling us some basic details regarding your purchase. We will take a look into it and if your claim is right, we will not only give you the missing cashback but also add an extra $50.

What details do I need to provide to claim $50 for cashback commitment?

Simply send us an email at support@joincitro.com.au or call us on 1300 869 596. Make sure to provide us with a few details when you reach out to us, such as:

  • registered account name,
  • retailer name,
  • date/time of transaction,
  • amount of transaction, and
  • details of the Citro deal including advertised cashback amount at the time of purchase.
When will the claim be decided?

Upon receiving all the information on your cashback commitment claim, we aim to give you an outcome on your claim within 10 business days.

I have made a claim under the cashback commitment, when will I receive my cashback?

If your claim is successful, we aim to credit your cashback and the extra $50 within 10 days of receiving all of the required information related to your claim.

Am I eligible to claim for cashback commitment?

Your purchase will qualify for cashback commitment if you have met the offer criteria outlined in the specific offer’s T&Cs on the Citro App.

How long do I have to make the claim? 

All claims need to be made within 60 days of the date of purchase in order to be considered.
