How do I enter the giveaway?

Enter the giveaway by downloading the Citro App, signing up for a Citro Card, linking it to your bank account, and activating the card by May 26, 2024. This giveaway is not available to existing Citro Card holders.

What does the prize include?

The prize features an '8-Day Highlights of Vietnam Tour' for two, along with international return flights for both travellers.

When will the winner be announced?

The lucky winner will be selected and announced on May 27, 2024. We’ll contact the winner directly and announce it on our social media platforms.

Are there any costs involved for the winner?

No, Citro fully funds the trip and the international return flights. Please note, personal expenses during the trip are not covered.

Can I choose my travel dates?

The trip is valid for departures between the period of June to September 2024. If the winner and travel companion would like to travel outside of these dates, or make any changes to the itinerary, surcharges will apply.

Is travel insurance included in the prize?

Insurance, including travel insurance, is not included in the prize and is the responsibility of the winner and their travel companion.
